We use event and company names only to identify them. The organiser's official website is always the authoritative source — check it before you travel, register or transact.

WeMilap is a free AI companion for people attending B2B expos, trade fairs and melas in India. It helps you find events, plan your day, and get matched to relevant exhibitors — with one profile that carries across every show you attend. Exhibitors and organizers get intent-qualified, consented leads.

Yes. The visitor companion is free and needs no account for the core experience. Paid plans exist only for exhibitors and organizers.

Community-built guides are compiled from information organisers publish — event dates, venue, and their public exhibitor listings. Guides can be incomplete or out of date, and we never invent facts; when something isn't published, we say so. Always confirm details on the organiser's official site.

Yes. Claiming lets you control your event's page and unlock organizer features. Start from the sign-up page, or email support@wemilap.com.

No. WeMilap runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen like an app (it's a PWA). There's nothing to install.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising. Your behaviour stays with you until you choose to share interest with a specific exhibitor, which is a logged, single-purpose consent. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

Use the data controls on the Privacy page to view or erase your visitor data at any time, or email privacy@wemilap.com. Under India's DPDP Act you can access, correct, erase, and withdraw consent.

We match you to exhibitors based on what you're sourcing. Your details reach an exhibitor only when you tap "share my interest" for that booth — a discrete consent for follow-up by that exhibitor, which you can withdraw.

Pricing is on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and you can cancel anytime. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 7-day cooling-off window on a first purchase.

Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.

We focus on India's B2B expos, trade fairs and melas. If a show you need isn't listed yet, you can request it — we aim to add requested events within 12 hours.

Answers are grounded in the published information for each event, and the app is built to say "not published" rather than guess. AI can still be wrong, so verify anything important against the official source.
