Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid WeMilap plans and add-ons purchased by exhibitors and organizers. Using the free visitor companion costs nothing and involves no payment. All amounts are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST).

1. Free plan

The visitor companion and the Free tier are free to use. No payment, no refund applies.

2. Subscriptions & cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance for the plan period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@wemilap.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

3. Refunds

Cooling-off. If you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan and have not made substantial use of the paid features, email us for a full refund of that charge.
Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, but if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and have not used the paid features in that period, contact us and we will consider a refund.
Part-periods. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period after the cooling-off window, except where required by law.
Billing errors & duplicate charges. Always fully refunded — just tell us.
Service failure. If a paid feature is materially unavailable due to our fault and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@wemilap.com from your account email with your order/transaction reference and the reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
