These Terms govern your use of WeMilap (the “Service”), operated by Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd (“WeMilap”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use WeMilap on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
WeMilap is a free AI companion for people attending B2B expos, trade fairs and melas in India, and a lead-generation and matchmaking platform for exhibitors and organizers. Features vary by plan and change as we improve the product. The Service helps you find and plan events; it is an informational and organisational tool, not the official app of any event, organiser or venue.
Some event pages on WeMilap are community-built guides, compiled from information the organiser has made public (such as event dates, venue and published exhibitor listings). Unless a page is explicitly marked as claimed or official:
Are you an organiser, exhibitor or rights-holder? You can claim your event to control its page, or ask us to update or remove content under Section 9 (Takedown & complaints).
Attendees use the companion at no cost, and without an account for the core experience. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you choose to share, and for using the Service lawfully.
Exhibitors and organizers sign in with a passwordless email link or a linked provider. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Provide accurate details and keep them current. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact.
You agree not to:
The Service may let users contribute content — event requests, notes, tips, and similar (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content and grant WeMilap a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
WeMilap acts as an intermediary for User Content and does not endorse it. In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, we will remove or disable access to unlawful or infringing content on valid notice (see Section 9). You must not publish content prohibited by those rules.
Leads are shared with the attendee’s explicit consent, for follow-up. If you receive attendee data you become a data fiduciary/processor for that data and must: handle it lawfully under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP); use it only for the consented purpose; keep it secure; honour access, correction and erasure requests; and not sell or re-share attendee personal data. You indemnify WeMilap against claims arising from your misuse of attendee data.
Paid tiers unlock additional features and are billed per the plan shown at purchase. Prices are in INR and exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are added. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details. Entitlements are enforced by plan — downgrading, non-payment or suspension removes access to gated features. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you believe content on WeMilap infringes your intellectual property, is inaccurate, or should not appear (for example, you are an organiser who wants your event guide changed or removed), email legal@wemilap.com with: the URL, what is wrong, your relationship to the event/rights, and your contact details. We act on valid notices promptly, typically within a few business days. Our Grievance Officer (Section 12) also handles complaints under the IT Rules and DPDP.
WeMilap, its software, design, and brand are owned by Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used as described in Section 2. You retain rights to content you provide and grant us the licence in Section 6 to operate the Service.
The Service and all content (including community guides and AI-generated answers) are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI features can be wrong; verify anything important against the official source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹5,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Intermediary Guidelines, 2021, and the DPDP Act, 2023, our Grievance Officer can be reached at grievance@wemilap.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. We will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum or the Data Protection Board.
